We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join as **Tech support agent, On site position.**

Engage with customers who reach out to resolve any questions with their contracted McAfee antivirus service. Providing the best customer satisfaction and support with any technical situation in the service.

What we offer:

- **2 DAYS OFF WEEKLY**:

- **Operations Hoop 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m./ 12:00 p.m. - 9:00p.m./ 1:00p.m. - 10:00 p.m./ 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)**:

- **$15,000 - $16,000 mxn** base salary. (based on your experience)
- **$1,500 Nigthshift bonus.**:

- **$1,069 mxn** food voucher
- **$220 mxn** GYM Bonus
- Performance Bonus (% Based on KPI) UP TO **$2000 MXN**:

- **$100 USD** Referral Bonus
- Nutritional and Psychologist Free-OnSite appointments

To take your vacations it is not necessary to complete the year, each month 1.25 days of vacation are generated and after the second month you can take them.

**Requirements**:

- English level B2/C1
- Customer Service experience (not necessary in call center)
- Tech knowledge
- Full availability

Salary increases are made each year on the basis of performance.

SITE - Edificio Centro Cuauhtémoc (Monterrey Downtown).
