Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.**Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.****Ingeniero de Ventas Internas**El ingeniero de ventas internas colaborará con el equipo comercial de CTS para promover la oferta completa de productos conforme a la escalera de servicio y región asignada.**¿De qué te vas a encargar en este rol?**- Atender los leads generados por Marketing en sus diversas campañas.- Diseñar e implementar soluciones para los clientes de acuerdo con nuestra escalera de servicio.- Cultivar relaciones comerciales que propicien negocios con clientes locales y regionales en el territorio asignado.- Dar seguimiento a las llamadas de clientes y proporcionar la información necesaria.- Administrar de manera efectiva los leads y oportunidades, realizando un seguimiento hasta su cierre en el sistema C4C.- Ampliar el conocimiento sobre el panorama competitivo en el mercado de aire comprimido y reportar las actividades de la competencia.- Elaborar y presentar cotizaciones, haciendo un seguimiento efectivo hasta la obtención del pedido.- Comparar el pedido del cliente con la cotización y enviarlo al área de atención al cliente.- Realizar seguimiento a la entrega de refacciones y/o realización de servicio al cliente conforme a sus requisitos.- Cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión Integral (Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad) y asegurar el cumplimiento por parte del personal a su cargo.**Nível de Educación**:- Ingeniero eMecánico, Eléctrico, Mecatrónico, Industrial o afín.**Experiência**:- De 1 a 3 años en ventas técnicas.- Deseable experiência en manejo de proyectos, ventas y marketing.**Conocimientos**:- Ventas, Marketing, neumática, termodinámica, mecánica.- Inglés intermedio.**Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice**Bright ideas come from all of us.
