Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.- You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.**Job Background/Context**:- The IT Procurement Services team is a global, cross business function for Conduent spanning across all lines of business that strives to provide the best practice in IT procurement coordination and management.**Main Areas of Interaction**:- Global Procurement group- Executive management approvers- Lines of business subscribed to procurement services- Finance- Accounting- A/P- External and internal IT support teams- Vendors- Procurement and Finance Systems Teams**Key Responsibilities**:- Accountable for ensuring overall client satisfaction whilst meeting Conduent's global audit, compliance, risk and control requirements.**Overall This Includes**:- End to end IT procurement process accountability including relationship management, request management and escalations- Work with other internal & external teams to effectively control procurement requests- Move the procurement request through the process as quickly and effectively as possible- Identify opportunities to improve the process through partnership with other teams- Effectively follow up with clients in a timely, professional manner.
