Descripción
- Desarrollar e Implementar Estrategias de Ventas: Impulsar el crecimiento rentable y mejorar la presencia en el mercado a través de la planificación estratégica.
- Presupuestación y Pronóstico de Ventas: Monitorear y analizar la presupuestación y el pronóstico de ventas para asegurar una gestión financiera efectiva.
- Gestionar Distribuidores/Socios: Identificar, clasificar y gestionar distribuidores, minoristas y socios para optimizar los canales de distribución.
- Explorar Nuevas Oportunidades de Negocio: Identificar y negociar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para expandir el alcance del mercado y las fuentes de ingresos.
- Fortalecer la Satisfacción del Cliente: Mejorar la satisfacción y lealtad del cliente a través de una entrega de servicio excepcional.
- Expandir el Alcance del Mercado: Identificar y atraer nuevos clientes para expandir la presencia en el mercado y aumentar las ventas.
- Comunicación Efectiva: Realizar visitas internacionales y visitas a clientes en el sitio, proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y apoyo, y contribuir a iniciativas de marketing e I+D a través de comentarios y capacitación valiosos.
Perfil buscado
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ingeniería biomédica o un campo relacionado.
- Varios años de experiencia en el sector de endoscopia.
- Dominio del español y el inglés.
- Fuertes habilidades de networking y apertura cultural.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, con capacidad para persuadir y resolver conflictos.
- Experiencia en los sectores de salud pública y privada.
