**Empresa transnacional de productos de giro ferretero****Customer Service**Horario: Lunes a Viernes**Objetivo del puesto**: Proporcionar una amplia gama de servicios de soporte a clientes latinoamericanos y ayudar a la organización de ventas a garantizar un servicio de clase mundial.**Funciones**:- Realizar tareas principales relacionadas con el procesamiento de pedidos de clientes por teléfono, fax y correo electrónico.- Ayudar a los clientes con consultas relacionadas con la disponibilidad del producto, precios y estado del pedido.- Ayudar con la cotización de negocios nuevos o existentes.- Coordinar la logística y el ruteo de los envíos latinoamericanos.- Preparar la documentación de exportación según sea necesario.- Participación en ferias comerciales según sea necesario.**Conocimientos y experiência**:- Bilingüe - Se requiere por lo menos el 80% de inglés.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.- Experiência previa de uno (1) a tres (3) años en un rol relacionado con la exportación.- Experiência previa de uno (2) a tres (3) años en una función de servicio al cliente.- Competente en Microsoft Excel y Word.- Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos de los clientes.- Conocimiento medio de los procedimientos de documentación de exportación y requisitos aduaneros.- Conocimiento de INCOTERMS y conceptos de comercio internacional.- Al día con todas las nuevas regulaciones de logística nacional e internacional de productos peligrosos.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base mensual- Prestaciones superiores de leyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesExperiência:- Customer Service: 2 años (Deseable)- Exportación de productos: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
