**What you will do**:We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries, documentation, provide information and report generation from systems.You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate contracts across several communication channels.To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers.**How you will do it**:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Communicating with customers through various channels.- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.**What we look for**:Required- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or mix experience.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Experience with databases and spreadsheets.- Good computer skills.- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail, math's and multi-tasking skills.**Preferred**:- Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus )- Solving Problem Oriented.- Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
