Procurement Manager Specialist

They handle business request analysis, negotiate pricing and terms, select suppliers, process orders, manage contracts, and maintain supplier relationships. Lead commercial dealings with suppliers in critical areas, adhering to Global Procurement Policies and Processes.The Procurement manager also builds and negotiates contracts within designated categories, following company policies to generate organizational benefits within the LEGO Group framework. They excel in conflict resolution and manage negotiations with mentorship from senior leaders, undertaking ad-hoc projects with senior support.**Core Responsibilities**- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business needs and compliance requirements.- Drive negotiation processes and conduct cost analyses to foster competitive pricing.- Identify and manage risks, leading action plans to mitigate potential impacts.- Cultivate strong supplier relationships with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability.- Analyze market trends and key indicators to inform pricing strategies and decision-making.- Lead productivity initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.**Do you have what it takes?**- Strong experience in within Procurement processes specially on Indirect Categories.
