Technical Support Responsibilities:- Identifying hardware and software solutions.- Troubleshooting L1 and L2 technical issues.- Diagnosing and repairing faults.- Resolving network issues.- Installing and configuring hardware and software.- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.**Requirements**:Technical Support Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer,- sktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Proficiency in Linux and Windows.- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows- Good understanding of computer systems, wireless devices and other tech products- Proficiency in computer network.- Proficiency in SQL.- Proficiency in scripting language: bash, power shell or JavaScript- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus**Benefits**Pay: Earn $4000/week + Bonus + Benefits.All TSI teammates are eligible for perks including:- High Growth / Rewarding Environment- Cash Rewards & Other BonusesHiring Now
