Objetivo del puestoEl **Service Delivery Manager (SDM)** será responsable de liderar proyectos, contratos, finanzas, recursos y entregables. Será el **punto de contacto principal con el cliente (On Premise)** y con los equipos internos, asegurando el cumplimiento de **SLAs, KPIs** y la satisfacción del cliente.Responsabilidades principales- Liderar proyectos de **IT, Cloud, Data Center, Security, Field Services, Contact Center**.- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de proyecto (cronogramas, recursos, presupuesto).- Monitoreo y gestión de riesgos, cambios, escalaciones y entregables.- Asegurar cumplimiento de **SLAs, KPIs** y objetivos financieros.- Gestionar equipos **multidisciplinarios y multiculturales (+10 personas)**.- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y stakeholders.- Supervisar finanzas de proyectos: costos, márgenes, facturación y cobranza.**Requisitos**:- **Licenciatura** en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Comunicaciones y Electrónica, Administración de Proyectos o afín.- **3 a 5 años** de experiência en posiciones similares (Service Delivery Manager, Servicios Administrados, ITIL v3/v4).- Experiência en **gestión de proyectos de TI** (Cloud, Data Center, Infraestructura, Seguridad).- Conocimientos avanzados en:- **Metodologías**: Waterfall, Agile Scrum.- **ERP/CRM**.- **Microsoft Project, Excel avanzado**.- **Herramientas de colaboración** (Teams, WebEx, Google Meet).- Habilidades clave: liderazgo, gestión de conflictos, negociación, comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados y al cliente.- **Disponibilidad para viajar** y trabajar ocasionalmente fines de semana.- **Licencia de manejo vigente**.Deseable (no indispensable)- MBA- Certificaciones en administración de proyectos- Experiência con herramientas como Jira, Monday, Trello, ClickUpHorario- Lunes a viernes de **09:00 a 18:30 hrs**:- Presencial (no remoto, no híbrido)Sueldo y Beneficios- Rango**:$30,000 a $50,000 brutos mensuales** (dependiendo experiência)$30k a $40k$40k a $50k- Bono **trimestral** con base en resultados- Bono **anual de 15 días**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
