We are committed to superior professional development of our people and we value a diverse, collaborative, high-performing, results oriented culture.We are hiring the best talent for **People Experience Supervisor** to be located in Juarez, Mexico.**Purpose**:This role will be responsible to:- Coordinate hire process activities for direct employees and define strategy to fill positions effectively.- Support all HR process since hiring to terminations- Employee's benefits administration.- Coordinate third party services to provide employee support (Benefits, Immigration, Legal)- Maintains and communicate policies and procedures.- Consults regularly with managers or supervisors to resolve employee issues in their area of responsibility.- Responsible for ensuring Company compliance with all regulations applicable.- Demonstrate customer orientation.- High communication and presentation skills at different levels in the organization.- Strong focus on team management and development of talent.Manage and motivate team members to achieve and exceed service standards.**Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or similar.- 4 to 6 years of experience in similar roles.- Experience on Human resources process.- Knowledge of labor law and immigration regulations.- Advance level on computer skills.- Compliance experience on internal controls (SOX is a plus)- Previous experience on multinational company preferable on a shared services environment.- Sense of urgency to ensure timely delivery.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact thoughtfully and confidently with internal partners and colleagues to develop ideas, find opportunities and influence outcomes.- English level advanced.**Primary Location**Mexico-Chihuahua-Juarez- **Organization**E.E.S., S.A. de C.V.
