Process Data Change Requests related to Health Care Master data (Health Care Professionals, Health Care Organizations)- Conduct matching and merging of HCM records- On-board external data sets ensuring their completeness, accuracy and adherence to currently defined data standards- Proactively monitor and process queues across for all the types of data objects in scope- Handle ad-hoc requests related to HCM, Product and Consumer data i.e. HCM list matching- Provide expertise and consultancy on HCM, Product and Consumer data, its data model, defined list of values, data distribution model and downstream systems- Identify, plan and implement data quality initiatives- Closely collaborate with Commercial Organization business users to understand and meet their requirements related to data availability, completeness and quality- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure they adhere to current business needs, processes and data standards- Proactive monitor BQC queues with queries from US Sales Force Organization users - keep queries triage flowing during US Business Hours- Raise urgent BQC issues to SFO and appropriate team members as needed- Perform BQC query triaging and assign to applicable Subject Matter Expert team, as required- Analyse and resolve BQC issues within the span of responsibility, (i.e. template responses)- Collect additional information from business user related to business question/query, as required- Monitor and prioritize BQC queries based on their business impact, urgency, status and agreed SLA- Follow up with teams on BQC issues resolution- Raise new BQC issues to appropriate escalation SME in SFO as required- Coordinate BQC query resolution with other teams to ensure it can be resolved in timely manner with the desired quality, as needed- Present and communicate market definitions and required data formats and standards to syndicated external data providers- Perform data completeness and quality assessment of data by syndicated external data providers- Perform mass data uploads, data cleansing, enrichment and updates- Perform analysis and required maintenance for Product data- Perform analysis and required maintenance of Consumer (patient) data- Cooperate closely with IT teams on issues identification and resolution- Conduct investigations and data matching coming from various sources- Perform data search activities in internal and external sources- Provide reports on data in scope- Proactively monitor and manage queue of data change requests- Define and implement KPIs and Data Quality Metrics and work towards defined targets- Provide support to less experienced team members**Skills**:- Experience in Data Management Operations in Pharma or FMCG industry- Good understanding of data quality and data management principles- Experience in data analysis and data processing activities- Ability to effectively estimate task completion timings,- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel- Knowledge of database concepts and tools- Proficient in SQL- High level of attention to details- Proactive, analytical and investigative mindset- Customer Service attitude- Proven track record in identification and implementation of process improvements- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to think independently and provide recommendations to stakeholders- Fluent EnglishDesirable- Working experience with Veeva CRM- Working experience with Reltio MDM or other Master Data Management solution- Understanding for Transparency reporting requirements and practices in Pharma industry- Able to present data and reports in an easily understandable format- Ability to build dashboards in PowerBI- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python
