Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Support Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Support Analyst role involvesResponsible for analyzing business problems from both end-users and other IT groups, in order to solve them with a quality solution or to provide a stable workaround while a permanent solution is implemented.What a typical day looks like:- Act as the first point of contact between the customer and IT.- Record occurrences and resolutions of first-level support incidents.- Implementation and register of temporary solutions to failures in IT services.- Physical and technical support form the main elements of IT services.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree.- Knows production floor.- Experience working with tickets.- SQL knowledge.- System support.- Business and/or manufacturing processes.- Hardware support and telecommunications.- Operating systems.
