Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IT Support Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Analyst, Application Technology the IT Support Analyst role is responsible for analyzing business problems from both end-users and other IT groups, to solve them with a quality solution or to provide a stable workaround while a permanent solution is implemented.What a typical day looks like:- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and process efficiency by planning and scheduling project deliverables, goals, and milestones.- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective, delivering consultation to users related to automated systems.- Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements by the deliverables of the site business/customer requirements.- Resolve required system improvements and supervised their correct implementation to meet site business and customer requirements.- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operation.- Explore and define new methods and requirements by writing functional and technical specifications for developers and executing Global IT projects.- Vast knowledge of business processes and procedures makes you a critical team player driving assigned projects to their successful completion.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree.- Intermediate English level.- Experience working with tickets L1.- Hardware support and telecommunications.- Operating systems.
