As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting policyholders with their insurance claims and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort and convenience of your own home.**Responsibilities**:- Efficiently interact with customers over the phone to assist them with their insurance claims, providing clear and helpful guidance throughout the process.- Collaborate closely with the glass manager to ensure that all necessary information for insurance claims is accurately filled out and documented, facilitating smooth processing and submission.- Handle insurance claims promptly and accurately, ensuring that all required documents are submitted to our system in compliance with company and regulatory standards.- Utilize Zoho Sheets (Excel) to create customized invoices for billing insurance companies, maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in billing processes.- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues, ensuring that all parties involved receive timely and accurate payments.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in insurance claims handling and billing procedures, working collaboratively with team members to implement effective solutions and enhance overall efficiency.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry.- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claim procedures.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to analyze and evaluate claims for accuracy and coverage.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficient with insurance claim software and systems.- Customer-centric mindset and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines.**Benefits**:- Work From Anywhere- Competitive Salary paid in US$- International Brands Exposure
