Team Overview We are looking for a Business Development Lead that will manage a team of commercial leaders and develop strong relationships with key clients in the food and beverage industry. Role Responsibilities Leading a successful team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service that exceeds expectations. Enabling operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve the highest standards in execution and to develop and maintain strong business relationships with top customers. Co‑developing commercial propositions for different types of customers, based on deep business insights. Understanding consumer behavior to gain insights and translating them into actionable plans. Ensuring the successful execution of commercial plans. Role Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling. At least 5 years of experience managing teams (manager of managers). Strategic and Data‑Driven thinking. Able to bring solutions to complex problems. Fluent in English.
