**Resumen del rol**:Realizar las inspecciones de Control de Calidad para asegurar la producción continúa de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos, asegurar que estos se cumplan adecuada validando por medio de auditorías e inspecciones en procesos, buscar alternativas para hacer más eficiente el proceso y su inspección**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:- Inspección de primeras piezas.- Inspección final de producto. (Dimensional y durezas)- Soporte a línea.- Inspección de materia prima antes de proceso.- Archivo de documentos de calidad- Auditorias de procesos.- Creación y seguimiento de reportes de no conformidad GRR.- Armado de instrumento de medición- Cierre de orden de Trabajo- Inspección de producto con Brazo FARO**Calificaciones/Requisitos**:- Bachillerato técnico o Preparatoria terminada- Algebra básica (Funciones trigonométricas)- Interpretación de dibujos- Control de producto no conforme- Interpretación de ordenes de trabajo.- Conocimiento de rocas (Rectas, Cónicas, API)- Ajuste de equipos de medición GAGEMAKER- Conocimientos de uso Brazo FARO**Habilidades o Destrezas**:- Inspección dimensional- Manejo básico de computadora- Interpretación de dibujos.- Manejo de Instrumentos medición convencionales (Vernier, micro, esferas etc.)- Manejo de equipo Brazo FARO- Realización comprensión en pruebas de dureza Brinell**About Us**:We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
