We are looking for a Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Integrations Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.Requirements (What We’re Looking For):- Workday Integrations Certification (required)- Fluent in English (required)- 1+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (required)- 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements (required)- Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio- General knowledge in all Workday functional areas- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously- Strong communication skills, both written and oral- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectationsResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):- Work directly with clients to implement Workday Integration technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience- Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.- Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience.- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization- Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)- Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)Benefits (What We’re Offering):- Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary- Comprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus:Christmas bonus (30 days)70% vacation bonus15 days off per yearHome office bonus or transportation bonus$1,600 food stampsPrivate medical insurance for you and your familyDental and Optical insuranceLife insuranceTraining platformAgreements with UniversitiesFinancial services (MINU)Total Pass Gym- TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer_LI-REMOTE
