**Vacante para la empresa Belieff en Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México**:Are you interested in international business?Do you want to be a part of a dynamic supply chain environment?If so, this is a great opportunity for you CellMark is looking to expand our team of **Customer Service Representatives**.**CellMark**is an international marketing company, with expertise in the pulp and paper industry.CellMark operates in over 65 offices in 30 countries, with Novato being its regional headquarters.As a **Customer Service Representative,** you will provide administrative support to our Global Sales and Customer Service Team.**Responsibilities** would include, but are not limited to:- Handling inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.- Order processing.- Coordinating documentation/invoicing and logistics.- Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages of the supply chain.**Requirements**:- Valid American Visa (to get coaching in USA)- ** Really Fluent in English (you will be working only with American people and it will be several English interviews in the process)****Knowledge Required**:- **Bachelor’s degree or experience; Customer service / Imports / logistics / supply chain.**:- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**Skill Requirements**:- Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills- Enthusiastic self-starter, who can work independently but also thrive in a team environment- Passion for providing excellent service- Problem / solution oriented- Results driven- Multi-lingual (Spanish) would be an asset**WE OFFER**:- **Range gross salary from $ 20,000 to 25,000 per month according to experience and skills.**- **Fulltime job, from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
