We are a fast-growing solar company based in California, focused on making clean energy accessible and affordable. We’re a mission-driven team that handles everything from sales to installation with a commitment to excellent customer service.We are hiring **Customer Representative Agents** to support our appointment setting and customer service operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners—confirming appointments, answering questions, and helping guide them through the next steps in their solar journey.**Key Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments with homeowners- Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule when needed- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services- Document call outcomes and update customer records- Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-focused tone- Collaborate with sales coordinators and managers to support daily team goals**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday, flexible shifts between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM PST- Must be available for Zoom training and team check-ins**Requirements**:- Strong communication and customer service skills- Clear spoken English with mínimal accent- Comfortable using call tools and CRM systems (training provided)- Reliable internet and quiet workspace- Personal Computer with webcam and headset- Experience in a call center or remote sales environment is a plus**Benefits**- Hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses.- Pay: Weekly Pay USD $200 to $450+- Work Location: Remote
