**Customer Support Specialist****(Especialista en Soporte al Cliente - IT & Forwarding)****Descripción del puesto**:Buscamos un profesional con 70% de experiência en logística internacional (forwarding) y 30% en IT, idealmente alguien que haya trabajado en empresas del sector logístico utilizando o brindando soporte en herramientas tecnológicas.Tu misión será brindar atención y soporte a clientes que utilizan nuestro software especializado en logística, resolviendo dudas operativas, mientras aseguras una experiência técnica clara, empática y eficiente.El rol también involucra diagnóstico de incidencias, gestión de solicitudes a través de sistemas de tickets como HubSpot o Jira, documentación de procesos, y colaboración directa con equipos de IT para mejorar el producto y la experiência del usuario. Además, participarás en proyectos internacionales y colaborarás en la administración de herramientas como Salesforce, ERP, Office 365, VPN y Active Directory.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Informática, TI, Comercio Internacional o afín.- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en atención al cliente en logística/forwarding.- Mínimo 2 años en soporte técnico o software logístico.- Conocimiento práctico de herramientas como: Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Salesforce, ERP (nível usuario o administrador) (Deseable): Postman, GitHub, LDAP, Jaspersoft, SourceTree- Habilidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a usuarios no técnicos- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y solución de problemas- Capacidad para documentar procesos, trabajar bajo presión y colaborar con equipos multiculturales**Ofrecemos**:Lugar de trabajo: JuriquillaSueldo $26,000 a $30,000 brutos mensuales + PDL + PSDLHorario laboral: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 18:00Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
