This role is designed for professionals who thrive on identifying untapped opportunities, building long-term value, and architecting the future of business expansion. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position demands a mindset shift—from closing deals to opening doors.This position reports to the Business Development Director.This position is based on Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.You may be required to travel 30% approximately of your time.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.** What you will do**:- As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee:Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.- Pipeline Creation: Develop and nurture high-value business pipelines from scratch, focusing on long-term scalability.- Partnership Development: Forge strategic alliances that drive mutual growth and unlock new revenue channels.- Opportunity Mapping: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and emerging needs.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to align growth strategies.- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in strategic dialogues with stakeholders.- **We believe you have**:Bachelor's/engineering degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or related.
