Position Summary This role is responsible for managing key data processes related to shipment and logistics activities. Primary duties include uploading and validating documentation, ensuring accurate data entry into the system, and monitoring shipments to identify and address discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Upload and validate documentation related to shipments and deliveries in the company's system. Verify data accuracy, including part numbers and quantities, to ensure correct processing. Track and trace shipments, reporting and addressing any deviations from the expected plan. Monitor system data and ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards. Manage exceptions, identifying root causes and coordinating timely resolutions. Analyze carrier compliance and performance, escalating issues as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports and performance metrics on shipment activities and carrier compliance. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in data management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Experience with shipment tracking systems and data entry. Familiarity with logistics processes and carrier compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., Excel, "Optimiz", or similar platforms). Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not provide direct supervision to direct reports. Travel 0-25% Language Skills This role requires superior verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is also preferred) Physical Demands This position requires the ability to work with the computer for long period of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
