Responsibilities Strategy & Planning – work with the VP of Licensing & Merchandising to develop and execute long‑term and short‑term licensing strategies to maximise revenue and brand influence across the region. Business Development – identify, negotiate and secure partners and licensing agreements across key product categories within the region to ensure revenue growth and brand alignment. Partner Management – manage agent relationships in the region, ensuring delivery against PepsiCo licensing strategy and key initiatives, and ensure financial and brand compliance. Cross‑functional Collaboration – partner with Marketing, Design and Digital Communications to drive brand presence and revenue. Retail Sales & Marketing – cultivate and maintain key retailer relationships for licensing strategy execution and secure meaningful programs and product launches. Market & Trend Analysis – use consumer insights, market trends and performance data to deliver against licensing objectives and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience launching licensed goods across the LATAM region, with exceptional contacts with retailers and licensees. Experience across a wide cross‑section of product categories (Health & Beauty, Softlines, Food & Beverage, Hardlines). Strong background in managing agent partnerships. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing a portfolio of brands. Exceptional communication skills.
