**We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer.**In this role you will work within one of our value stream AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR. A dedicated manufacturing team focused on exceeding our customers' expectations. As a quality engineer you will use your judgement and criteria to solve problems related with your work area. You will perform a variety of tasks including failure analysis by studying (capacity, correlation analysis, FMEA, etc ) and/or using specialized equipment (measurement machines, CFM, Cirris, etc).**Core areas of the role include**:- Implement the control of non-conforming materials within your assigned area (Value Stream Automotive)- Generate, analyze and presents inspection and testing reports.- Notify and require Corrective Actions from the corresponding functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.) on any non-conformances and ensure root cause identification and then verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.- Analyze customer complaints and any product returns and coordinate with other departments to implement preventive and corrective actions.- Register the statistical data using our quality procedures to help determine and maintain the quality and reliability of our products.- Interpret Drawings, Specifications and Test Procedures taking care to check that they are current versions and then use to verify compliance with the required characteristics.- Prepare carefully, ensuring accuracy and clarity the NCMR report.- Act as a trainer to other Quality Inspectors, Technicians and/or key personnel from other areas - this will require you to develop an advanced technical knowledge of our final Products, our Processes, Equipment and our Raw Materials.- Implement the Quality System’s documentation. Develop, modify and maintain the Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) within your work area.**Qualifications and experience**:- Electronic Engineering Degree- English fluency at least 80%- IATF16949:2016 knowledge. Certified is preferred at least as internal auditor.- Knowledge or training of IPC WHMA-A-620B preferred.- Must be well organized and detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.- Experience in root cause analysis, material disposition and corrective action activity required.- MSA/PFMEA/SPC/Statistics/Validation experience is a requirement.- Automotive industrial environment experience is needed.- 3 years minimum automotive contract manufacturing support in Quality department- Teamwork skills and interpersonal sensitivity are needed.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $11,438.94 - $25,786.21 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
