Recently, Kinedu announced received new investment through a Series A round led by IGNIA, a major VC fund in Mexico, along with BeCurious Partners, an international fund focused on parenting, the Stanford-StartX Fund.**What you’ll do**As a Strategic Marketing Lead, you will support our VP of Marketing in achieving our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the AB tests pipeline, analyzing user funnel performance, and identifying opportunities to improve it. You will also be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing initiatives to tackle these opportunities. In addition, you will manage paid marketing efforts across different channels to acquire users efficiently. This is a business oriented role inside our marketing team**Your responsibilities**- Support the VP of marketing in any priority set together with her.- Manage AB tests pipeline (pricing, business model, etc.) to improve metrics from strategy to implementation.- Analyze the user's funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve it.- Create, implement, and manage initiatives that tackle these opportunities.- Manage paid marketing efforts to acquire users efficiently across different channels.- Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting.**What you bring**- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, consulting, analytics and/ or similar areas- Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypothesis with data- A/B testing and data analytics experience- You like a fast-pace environment with a learning first mindset- Thrive in challenging environments and obsess about self-improvement- Passionate about growth marketing in SaaS- Ability to make SMART strategic decisions and can articulate WHY a shift in data might be happening- Keeps up to date with emerging technologies and development in digital industry- An amazing communicator, you can distill complex data down into key, digestible, actionable insights- Strong intellectual curiosity and love of problem-solving with passion for driving action and making direct impact on business outcomes- Crazy good project manager: multi-tasking, prioritization with outstanding ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Proactive, you don’t wait for the solution to be handed down to you**What you’ll get**- You’ll join a startup that is part of: Endeavor, 500 startups, and has been awarded by App Store and Google Play teams- Opportunity to join a team of talented, driven, dynamic, and results-oriented professionals- A chance to work at an international startup focused on improving early childhood development at scale with 8M+ users in more than 230 countries- Competitive compensation package.
