The manager reports to the plant manager/director and is a member of the plant leadership team. S/he will coordinate all WCM activities for loss eradication within manufacturing inbound and out bound supply chain context. S/he is also responsible to develop a WCM Masterplan from the site manufacturing strategy, providing WCM skill development and coaching for all operators, engineers, supervisors and managers in the sourcing unit. The site Manufacturing Excellence Manager has a direct impact on improvement of manufacturing performance (e.g. OR, OEE, Man Ex Savings, etc)**Location**: Planta Talismán (CDMX)**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:- Loss tree (planned, unplanned). Ensure the accuracy of the loss and OEE tree.- Centreline / Change over systems.- Maintenance basics (PM's work orders, Scheduled Maintenance, Breakdown elimination).- Downtime tracking, analysis and review processes (Daily, weekly and monthly reviews).- Focused improvement system.- Guide work teams with the proper selection and use of WCM tools**WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:- Negotiation skills- Communication skills- Stakeholder management- Analytical skills- Advanced English
