DescriptionEmployer Branding, Recruiting& Staffing:'Supports HR BPs and Head of HR Location in:Employer Branding / HR communications- Implementing and supporting Employer Branding road map and acting as an ambassador- Promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, Students/Job fairs)Recruiting & Staffing- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesLearning & Training:'Supports HR BPs and Head of HR Location in:- Supporting nominations for Leadership & Talent Development Programs for target groups in the area of responsibility- Supporting competency management by identifying gaps and proposing (training) measures- Taking over the Learning Business Partner role (depending on size of location)- Steering and/or executing Vocational Training Management (depending on size of location)- Ensuring a standardized training program is established, implemented and updated- Measuring and improving effectiveness of trainings and implementing corrective actions if necessary- Ensuring training compliance for internal and external audit purposes**Qualifications**:- Academic degree or comparable experience- At least 2 years of HR or related experience preferable- Experience as recruiter in a company with 700 employees- English: Intermediate- Knowledge: ISO 9001- Knowledge: IATF, ISO 14001, VDA (plus)Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
