We seek to recruit and retain the right people who are passionate about our business and we provide opportunities for our employees so that they may progress within our company based on their talents, experiences, and their aptitude.**Principal activities**:- Accounts payable control.- Maintain an accounts payable system in accordance with company policies, ensuring that the payment of obligations is covered in a timely manner.- Service Payment Review all Warehouse- Payroll invoices.- Transportation Service Invoices.- Review in JDE that all invoices are captured.- Sending of Payment Vouchers (USD & MXP).- Follow up of urgent payments (special payments)- Updating the bank file with the information related to each expense, referencing supplier number and paid invoices.- Integration of the documentation of expense policies to be sent to the corporative.- Reconciliation of account statements with suppliers.- Requesting the registration of new suppliers, integrating the file and supervising the filling out of forms.- Keeping the supplier database updated.- Receipt, control and accounting of corporate cards.- Registration of import and export documents- Accounting reconciliations in Blackline system.**Requirements**:- +3 years of experience in accounts payable- Bachelor's degree in accounting- Bilingual Spanish and English- Strong problem solving, analytical and investigation skills.- Communication skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, JDE.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multi-task projects and possess a general knowledge of accounting principles.- Must be detail oriented.- Prioritize important tasks and follow up effectively- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a team member.- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in written form with management, internal and external customers.- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.**So, what are you waiting for?
