Job brief

We are looking for a AP associate who will be responsible for Accounts Payable for LATAM. The resource needs to have good communications skills in English language and should be a good professional with knowledge of Ariba.

Minimum Experience, Education, And Certifications

  • Graduation in Commerce / Finance.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience

Technical Skill

  • Basic knowledge of relevant accounting principles
  • Problem-resolving skills and should be a team player
  • Working knowledge of Ariba, MS Office and SAP

Soft Skills

  • Knowledge of basic AP cycle
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish
  • Team Player

Job Responsibilities

Ensure Invoices payment cycle is completed on timely manner as part of Accounts Payables Team.

Ensure Processing and completing activity assigned with All Green SLAs

Ensure 100% accuracy in terms of processing. Data tracking whether manually or in system needs to be captured timely.

Timely response of queries to the concerned parties

Taking care of all Audit requests on a timely basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.
