Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**Responsible quality engineer for designated products in series production and interface to customer quality.Preventing defective parts from reaching customers.Processing customer complaints as well as identifying quality problems to initiate corrective measures.Maintenance of the quality assurance plan and coordination quality matters in case of technical changes.Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performanceindicators to improve the product quality continuously**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- T- Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report,problem solving documentation, etc.).Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible includingeffectiveness check2 Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsibleincluding effectiveness check3 Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturingengineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.)4 Transferring the content of Control Plan into plant specific tools, assuring sufficient information of thosefeedback, internal performance and risk assessment (e. g. P-FMEA)5 Carrying out assigned tasks according the product development process (PEP)6 Evaluation of internal and external change requests concerning quality aspects. Coordination of validationand release of initial-samples according customer requirements in series production7 Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation (e.g. customer portals) and ensure data conformity withHELLA's data systems.
