With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS**Job ObjectiveResponsible quality specialist for designated products in series production and interface to customer qualityPreventing defective parts from reaching customersProcessing customer complaints as well as identifying quality problems to initiate corrective measuresMaintenance of the quality assurance plan and coordination quality matters in case of technical changesMonitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuouslyRestoring customer satisfaction in the case of a complaint**Responsibilities**:1Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.)2Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check3Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check4Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.)6Carrying out assigned tasks according the product development process (PEP)7Evaluation of internal and external change requests concerning quality aspects. Coordination of validation and release of initial-samples according customer requirements in series production8Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation (e.g. customer portals) and ensure data conformity with HELLA's data systems. Informing of those responsible in the case of critical situations and initiate measures9Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization.
