Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**Quality Product Customer Senior (Head Lamp; Lighting division).Quality & Customer management process responsible for specific lighting products for Customer(BMW & PACCAR), among the activities required to perform this job, customer concern management, Engineer changes quality support & Internal Control Plan implementation.Required profile:- Quality Automotive Engineer experience(+2 years)- Core tools high knowledge( PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC & ANPQP)- Customer Quality management (8D´s, DMAIC(Six Sigma), communication skills, etc)- Sorting management experience- Quality Cost(KPI) tracking experience- Product launching experience for automotive lighting.- Quality System knowledge(VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, Legal requirements(optional))- Engineer change management- .Experience on Quality responsibilities on engineery change request(DVP&R & PPAP)**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Advanced Technical English (Fluent speaking, Reading & Comprehension).- Proactive approach for Quality Concerns (Stop bleeding and fast reaction at failures).- Electronic knowledge (Experience on electronic failures).- Software basic knowledge.- Priority administration skills.- Technical vocabulary.- Customer Care skills.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**EVELYN TOSCANO
