Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**Carrier is in search of an internal logistics supervisor, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of logistics processes within a company. This includes the efficient management of inventories to maintain adequate stock levels, coordination of transportation and internal movement of goods between different areas, and supervision of the teams in charge of these tasks.**Key Responsibilities**- Supervision of hourly / union employees- Material Flow- Introduction of new products for LMI.- Maintaining logistic routes for material supply.- Implementation of new technologies focused on material supply.**(**Supply 4.0)**:- Downtime - Missing units (less than or equal to 0.25% x month).- Ensure 100% of part numbers in MM and PFEP.**Requisitos**- Engineering (Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechatronics)- 1 - 3 years of experience- Advanced English- Knowledge of internal logistics- SAP knowledge- Knowledge of material flow- Knowledge of PBI**Although not required, it is desirable**Green Belt / Lean Logistics certifications**Key Skills**- Business judgment- Decision making- Proactive**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
