Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- This person is responsible for support regarding Outbound logistics.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Planning and executing deployment activities of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales and Outbound Logistics solutions.- Analyzing system & functional gaps.- Analyzing business requirements from internal and external customers; focus Sales and Outbound.- Logistics but also integration with EDI and Finance, tax and other business processes.- Creation of workshop decks, blueprint documents & presenting these documents to the internal customers.- Adjustments and enhancements of the SAP global template.- Unit testing, integration testing during deployments and upgrades.- Managing IT projects on a global scale, support cutover activities and deployments, assist with the handover to Production and knowledge transfer to customer and internal support teams.- Execution of software maintenance (OSS-Notes, support packages, upgrades).- Close collaboration inside the global team as well as team overlapping (other SAP modules) and to our internal Customers in an international environment- Attends and resolves Outbound Logistics incidents outside the Service Desk responsibility. Escalates when necessary. Properly documents resolved incidents.- Remains abreast of Knowledge Database documentation. Makes suggestions for changes, updates or possibilities of new Inbound Logistics scripts for Service Desk.- Attends regular meetings with Service Delivery Team Lead and the other MAHLE IT SSC team- Your Skills & Strengths:- University degree in Computer Science (Bachelor or Master) preferred but may substitute other technical certification in a related field.- 3+ years of SAP ERP / ECC and S/4 Hana / SD / LE / TM work experience.- Understanding of Sales and outbound logistics processes and ability to provide and optimum solution utilizing processes available in ERP / ECC and S/4 Hana / TM.- Automotive (OE, OES and Aftermarket) process experience and knowledge required.- Experience with Cloud and API/OData technology, SAP Fiori, SAP Adobe Forms, IDocs and common SAP interface technology is beneficial.- Experience with BRF+ is beneficial.- Experience in preparing the Functional Specification Documents, Technical Specification, Test Scenarios & Test Scripts.- Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent operation.- Spanish and fluent English.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Functional area**:- IT**Location**:- Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
