You will work closely with the Sales team to provide technical presales support to sales engagement.**The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to**:- Provide pre-sales support and technical expertise to Open iT Sales Organization and Partners- Scope technical solutions and align product to customers’ business by interpreting customer requirements.- Help with existing and new customers understand features and benefits of Open iT solutions through consultations, product demonstrations, onboarding and training.- Communicate product requirements, setup, and statuses.- Assisting with RFI or RFP delivered by a prospect- Represent Open iT at events such as conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, etc.**Required Qualifications**:- Fluent in English and Spanish- Current residence in Queretaro, Mexico.- Excellent written and verbal communication, and client-facing skills- Strong time management and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated technical skills (e.g software proficiency, technical writing, programming, data analysis, etc.)- Ability to assimilate new information, understand highly technical concepts, and learn new technologies quickly- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment yet providing accurate solutions- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as within a team**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working in IT related field- Experience in the IT Sales Cycle.- Experience working with different client-server architectures, VMs, Networks, etc.- Experience with customer-facing job or position- B2B work experience
