Sales Engineer

Join our team as a Sales Engineer and help us expand our presence in the Pacific region of Mexico (Guadalajara).
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients focused on film applications.
- Identify and develop high-potential prospects in the flexible packaging, agriculture, and industrial film sectors.
- Promote Techmer's value-added solutions in color concentrates, additives, and sustainable formulations.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical consultation, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with OEMs, converters, and brand owners to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the plastics industry, with a strong focus on film extrusion and formulation.
- Solid understanding of polymer processing and film performance requirements.
- Experience in technical sales, business development, and customer support.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Fluent English communication skills
