**Position Summary**Monitoring, analysis and control of optimal inventory levels- Timely Detection/Notification/Escalation of Potential Critical Material Issues- Stay within the Premium objective- Weekly disposal of Excess and Obsolete with monthly control (ABC's / E&O)- Compliance KPIs- Conduct yourself with standardized work- Filling of Monitoring Boards- Compliance with Security Policy**Your Role**- Follow-up with suppliers, allocation teams for escalation and metrics in daily meetings- _Monitor that all parameters in SAP are active to correctly transmit requirements to suppliers. _- Analyze and manage optimal inventory levels, which must be in accordance with what is established in the weekly metrics.- Ensure maintaining the flow of information on impact notifications with suppliers and allocation teams.- Stay within the forecast regarding expenses, for each request a prior valid and confirmed analysis is needed.- Achieve weekly recoveries through debit memo or credit note**Your Background**- Knowledge of Automotive Industry- Proficient in SAP- Advanced Excel- 3+ years of experience**Aptiv Rewards & Advantages**- Learning, growth and professional development in a globally recognized international environment.- Access to training, coaching and internal and external certifications.- Recognition of innovation and excellence.- Opportunities to give back and to the community.- Meaningful work that makes a difference in the world.**Some see differences.
