It is home to 1000+ associates who work to deliver on the Novartis purpose of reimagining medicine to improve and extend people’s lives.- Your Key Responsibilities:- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Responsible to manage, direct, control and ensure smooth process of the Company’s payroll, employee benefits and the payroll operations. Ensures payroll is processed on time and accurately as per the SLA.- Maintain special payroll data in payroll system such as social security data, tax data, court orders, advances, and withholdings, gross up, sick pay adjustments, time/workplace related pay elements such as disability, substitution, shift allowances, call-in and required manual calculations required.- Check and evaluate Gross to net calculation and conduct internal audits. Data consistency check, correction and data exchange/monitoring HR CORE outbound and inbound (pay results, if applicable.- Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Plays key role in the ‘lock & unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core.- Check the payroll results (e.g whether an employee received overtime payments in the past payroll periods).
