At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities****LATAM GBS Value Realization Jr. Manager****Main Purpose**Position main activities will focus on the administration of the Valuer Realization process for the LATAM GBS Portfolio. This position will be responsible for coordinating processes such as: AOP and FCST process for Investment (core & non-core), productivity portfolio management across LATAM, HC budget management, reporting (Global/LatAm OUs/MBS) and financial analysis for projects associated with the GBS Program.In addition, this position will coordinate the productivity process for GBS (Globally Led and Sector Led) by helping functional teams defining, tracking the initiatives progress & facilitating communications, supporting ideation forums and managing governance between GBS Design Teams, MBS Management, Transformation Teams, Project Leaders, Org. Design Teams and local teams such as: Finance, Productivity, HRs & Functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Mkt).**ACCOUNTABILITIES**As GBS Value Realization Jr. Manager you will contribute to a range of critical and impactful business priorities. Key responsibilities include:- Responsible for planning and tracking Investment Execution (Core & Non-Core), productivity portfolio management across LATAM, HC budget management, reporting (Global/LatAm OUs/MBS) & financial analysis for projects associated with the GBS Program- Coordinating AOP & FCST processes for LATAM GBS Program Investment Opex and Productivity, ensuring robust stakeholder (Global and LATAM) alignment on the official figures- Coordinate and implement a monthly financial scorecard with GBS Team where we track productivity performance, cost performance and FTE migrations, to increase visibility for key leadership decision making- Responsible for productivity tracking and assure correct reporting in Power Steering tool across OUs/CUs. Coordinate input from the different project owners across LATAM: Portfolio of +9 Programs across LatAm- Responsible for monthly FCST (Investment & Productivity) update and performance analysis vs plan- Responsible for financial analysis to identify risk and opportunities to support key decision making- Responsible for monthly closing process for GBS and coordinate with local control teams Non-Core recalcifications and budget management- GBS investment budget management- GBS monthly HC tracking with functional design leaders, MBS Finance and HR Team. Assuring control compliance- Manage sector HC tracking of positions migrating into MBSSupport the Value Realization Manager with the creation and administration of the Valuer Realization E2E process for LATAM GBS:- Map end to end process to update governance and assure the value realization committed with the organization (Status meetings, ideation forums, financial support etc..)- Refine and automate Investment (Core) & Productivity GBS FCTS process- Bi-Weekly tracking of the HC impacts across the different functions and OUs- Coordinate meeting cadence to track and align Value Realization Execution with the functions in scope (6 functions)- Consolidate Monthly reports from the different functions and perform financial analysis to identify potential impacts to GBS LATAM Business Case.
