And don't forget, the **pay is competitive** too**THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR**We require:- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word- Ability to work and communicate with people in varying disciplines with different backgrounds- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesPreferred:- College degree- Experience as a collection specialist or similar role with experience in account collections or property management services- Experience with PropertyWareIf you can meet the requirements above, keep reading to find out what your day entails**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST**As a Collections Specialist, you will be in charge of making sure all our residents pay their rent on time. You get to talk to them to help them with their payments and answer any questions they have. Sometimes, you might need to send reminders if someone forgets to pay.
