SEGOSO MEXICO, Call Center with headquarters in Monterrey, is currently searching for **Customer service agent for collections.****Work activities**:- Place outbound and receive inbound member communication as directed.- Support with data entry activities within the software.- Attend all required training and complete compliance courses as assigned.- Provide courteous and efficient customer service.- Routinely generate reports.**Education and Experience**- At least two (2) years of work experience in a call center in billing, retentions, sales or tech support.- Bilingual - **English/Spanish**- Strong computer skills.- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.- Results-oriented with excellent customer service and people skills.**We offer**:- Paid Training- Hourly pay + MONTHLY BONUS + COMMISSIONS- Paid Time Off- Major medical insurance for you and your legal dependants.- Pantry Vouchers- Life insurance- 12 vacations days per year, but after 6 months of tenure you can start enjoying your partial days activated according to your tenure.- 30 days of aguinaldo- Checks, drug screening.**SEGOSO, We Offer a Career, Not Just a Job****ON SITE**Schedules: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7Salary + bonuses + commissionsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,000.00 al mesPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 64710, Monterrey, N.
