Job Overview HR Specialist, Americas Immigration and Global Process – Mexico City. Key member of Circana’s Employee Delivery Organization (EDO), supporting regional and global HR processes with focus on immigration case coordination and execution of end‑to‑end HR operational activities. Job Responsibilities Immigration Case Management (40%) – Primary driver for U.S. and Americas immigration activities (H‑1B, TN, L‑1, PERM, dependent visas, etc.) coordinating external counsel and internal stakeholders, tracking expirations, initiating extensions, ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation in UKG, Atlas, and document repositories, communicating timelines to employees and managers. Improvement of Immigration Playbook – Benchmark standards to sustain immigration strategy, map Global Mobility program, drive metrics, liaison with Global HR Operations, Legal, and Global Mobility, provide system/process feedback, contribute to HR operations metrics and service‑level adherence. Global Process Standardization and Coordination (40%) – Coordinate, document, and implement AMCS and Global footprint workflows, partner with Global HR Ops team to review, identify, and implement global efficiencies through Standard Work/Standard Operating Procedure, create and standardize HR Ops‑specific templates and protocols, communicate compliance, participate in audits and governance documentation, coordinate global process dependencies, champion continuous improvement and lean methodology. Core HR Operations Support (20%) – Execute employee life cycle transactions (hires, terminations, transfers, data changes) with high accuracy and timeliness, partner with regional HR teams to align with Circana’s HR Operations Target Operating Model (TOM), assist with data audits, reporting, process documentation, collaborate on process standardization initiatives, provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, ensure highest quality employee experience. Qualifications 3+ years in HR operations, shared services, or global mobility. 2+ years managing U.S. immigration cases. Familiarity with HRIS and case management tools (UKG, ServiceNow/Atlas, Monday.com). Advanced English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional interaction with employees and external counsel. Location This role is based in Mexico City. The position requires signing the offer contract in person at Circana’s Mexico City office on the first day. Remote Flexibility Role can be fully remote with flexibility to work business hours in Eastern or Central time zones. Compensation Annual gross salary up to 647,000 MXN (approximately up to 53,900 MXN monthly). Salary range may be modified in the future based on education, experience, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business needs.
