Job TitleSenior Marketing CoordinatorJob DescriptionIf you're motivated and want to gain hands-on experience as our marketing coordinator, come join our team and explore all aspects of marketing.Responsibilities- Responsible for planning and execute business plans with gold and NSIs Partners.- Work with the national sales team to develop overarching strategic integrated plans to support sales goals.- Collaborate with other marketing departments (Events, Marketing Communications, Business Development, Educational Services) to implement marketing campaigns and annual plans, in line with Axis' business objectives- Develop, document and project manage marketing activities to meet scheduled deadlines- Continuously measure ROI of marketing initiatives, report the findings and utilize information to enhance marketing plans- Possess or develop understanding of Axis technology as it relates to customer requirements and solutions offering. Ability to write relevant messaging for Axis solutions in industry space.- Responsible for developing, gaining approval for and executing against specific annual budget- Coordainate and execute the biggest event for partners in the region.Essential Skills- Exceptional attention to detail- Possess project management and organizational skills- Ability to handle high pressure situations calmly- Ability to responsibly prioritize in a time sensitive environment- Outgoing and accessible demeanor- Effective verbal and written communicator- Team player- Quick problem solving- Flexible standout colleague- Forecasting and analytical thinking- Event planning- Fluent in Microsoft ExcelEducation and Experience- Bachelor’s degree- Customer service experiencePhysical demandsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
