Como parte del diverso e inclusivo equipo de Ingram Micro podrás experimentar una cultura positiva y la oportunidad de brillar.Sé parte de la familia Ingram Micro México como **Learning & Development Manager.****Objetivo**:Brindar soporte al negocio a través de las diferentes metodologías de aprendizaje y desarrollo, elaborando una estrategia que impulse y fortalezca el desarrollo de habilidades y conocimientos de nuestros asociados y líderes para fortalecer una cultura enfocada en la experiência del cliente y el desarrollo del talento.**Responsabilidades**- Desarrollar la estrategia de entrenamiento local alineada a la global- Responsable de coordinar y dar seguimiento a proveedores de capacitación- Definir los programas de desarrollo de carrera y programas de sucesión- Diagnosticar las necesidades de capacitación por área y crear programas específicos.- Definir presupuesto de capacitación- Asegurarse de la correcta implementación de los programas de gestión del talento- Responsable del proceso de Evaluación de Desempeño**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en psicología, pedagogía o administración- Ingles conversacional - avanzado- Mínimo 5 años mínimos de experiência en empresas transnacionales y contacto con corporativo.- Conocimiento en programas de liderazgo, capacitación, cultura, clima y desarrollo organizacional- Conocimiento en diferentes metodologías de aprendizaje LMS- Habilidades de presentación, desarrollar relaciones estratégicas o Comprender el entorno y el impacto hacia el resultado, habilidades de liderazgo.**Let's Shape Tomorow**- In_gram Micro se compromete a crear un entorno diverso y se enorgullece de ser un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
