**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for a quality control analyst.**The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a quality control analyst ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. The analyst will perform a variety of laboratory tests, implement quality control processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.We are considered by many to be the world’s premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role within a cGMP environment.- Proficiency in microbiological/analytical testing, familiarity with cGMP regulations, and strong data analysis skills.- English proficiency.- Basic data presentation skills, including the preparation of tables, charts, graphs.- Fluorescent images (using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as image processing software).**Responsibilities**:- Reception and release of raw materials, in-process testing, final release testing, and data review.- Review of batch records (analytical/microbiological data review).- Development/approval of quality control methods.- Management of specifications.- Management and control of incoming reagents.- Direct supervision of all laboratory equipment, including qualification/calibration/suitability processes and control.- Management of all laboratory records, reports, logs, and data.- Managing external partners (contract laboratories and suppliers).- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of FDA regulations supporting cell therapy R&D operations.- Supporting regulatory inspections/inspection readiness practices.- Performing other Quality and Compliance tasks as needed.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm**Salary**:- $31,081.20 MXN monthly before taxes.**ABOUT US**Pay: From $31,081.20 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you live in Tijuana?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- QCA: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- fluent English (preferred)Work Location: In person
