**Job Description**:**Functional area**- R&D**Job Location**- MEX - Ciudad de Mexico, MEX - Tizayuca - Bakery School**Country/Region**- Mexico**Who are you?**- Professionals**Permanent/Temporary**- Permanent**Working time**- Full Time**Req ID**- 33100Information at a Glance**Misión**Liderar la responsabilidad técnica de la gama de productos asignadaDesarrollar nuevos productos para su fabricación en las instalaciones de Puratos México**Responsabilidades Generales**:- Participa en la definición del Plan de Desarrollo de Productos de la Empresa y lo lleva a cabo en todo aquello que requiere participación de I+D.- Participa en la gestión del portafolio de productos, revisión, identificación de GAPS y renovación de la gama de productos.- En los proyectos de desarrollo asignados:- Ejerce funciones de Project Manager, con plena responsabilidad sobre los Objetivos del Proyecto y tomando las medidas que consideren apropiadas en cada momento.- Lidera el contacto técnico con los clientes, tomando las medidas apropiadas para el éxito de los Proyectos.- Lidera y coordina todos los aspectos técnicos relacionados con los Proyectos de Desarrollo desde el inicio del proyecto hasta la implantación y validación del nuevo producto en producción, en coordinación con las posibles áreas implicadas (Comercial, Marketing, Operaciones, e I+D del Grupo).- Asigna los proyectos de desarrollo al Research Manager y los supervisa en función de la autonomía del Research.- Supervisa las funciones y evolución del Research Manager.- Da respuesta a las consultas técnicas sobre producto planteadas por los Clientes, ya sea directamente o en coordinación con el Área Comercial, ya sea telefónicamente o a través de Visitas cuando sea necesario.- Da respuesta a las consultas técnicas sobre producto planeadas por diferentes áreas Internas.- Define y mantiene las fórmulas en el sistema informático vigente de acuerdo con la Normativa interna aplicable.- Investiga, propone desarrolla e implementa reformulaciones o ajustes en procesos de los productos existentes que permitan aumentar sus prestaciones y/o reducir sus costes.- Iniciar la creación en el sistema de nuevas materias primas y productos acabados en el sistema en coordinación con LIC.- Define las proporciones de productos a reconvertir (tabla reconversión estándar y especiales) dentro del Programa de Producción, en coordinación con Operaciones.- Elabora las fichas técnicas de los productos fabricados por Puratos México.- Define la ficha de parámetros técnicos de las nuevas materias primas teniendo en cuenta los requisitos relacionados con Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria y certificaciones aplicables.- Imparte formación técnica tanto interna como externa- Mantiene permanentemente actualizado su nível de conocimientos técnicos con el fin de desarrollar sus funciones- Se mantiene al día de la normativa aplicable al sector**Requisitos**:- Formación Universitaria en el ámbito científico, tecnológico (Química, Biología, Agroalimentaria, Biotecnología, Tecnología de alimentos..)- Inglés mínimo nível B2- Formación en la norma de seguridad alimentaria en vigor.- Formación básica en la definición e implantación de los APPCC**Conocimientos**- Conocimiento de producto final, materia prima y aplicación de Bakery- Experiência / conocimiento del mercado- MSOffice nível medio-superior- Legislación alimentaria vigenteThis is PuratosAt Puratos, we create innovative food solutions for the health and well-being of people everywhere.
