In this role, you’ll:- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and delivery.- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers across different time zones.- Translate business requirements into clear technical action items and timelines.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.- Monitor progress, manage risks, and remove blockers to keep the team focused and on track.- Continuously improve project workflows and communication strategies in a remote setting.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the planning, management, and execution of software development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget constraints.- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of software development to guide the team in technical decision-making, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure best practices are followed.- If you possess web development skills, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable insights and expertise in web-related projects and technologies.- Lead and motivated cross-functional project teams, consisting of developers, designers, QA testers, and other technical professionals, fostering collaboration and productivity.- Oversee testing, quality control, and adherence to coding standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.- Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue tracking, ensuring a well-organized project record.**Requirements**:- 7+ years of experience in Project Management within tech companies or software development environments.- Proven experience managing web, mobile, and cloud-based projects.- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).- Demonstrated ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams effectively.- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.- Comfortable working across time zones and handling asynchronous communication.- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
