Oversee all company accounting operations, standpoint & procedures.- Review and approves transactions for posting to the general ledger includingjournal entries, transfers, billing/interfund, and cash receipts etc.- Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annualbudgets.- Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporateannual report- Complies the preparation and assortment of all tax related transactions andtaxing payments- Maintains the General Ledger and prepares the monthly accounting reports andfinancial preparation.- Verify individual invoices supporting documents for validity, accuracy, andapproval- Prepare accrual journal entries for month end close- Recommend accounting protocol for systems and process improvements.- Handle other related accounting functions assigned by the Immediate Head.- Participate in quarterly and annual audits- Provide assistance and expertise to internal partners to help interpret financialtransactions that are part of their revenue stream.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.- At least 3 years of working experience preferably in the end-to-end accountingprocess.- Required skills: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting,accounting management, tax accounting- Excellent management and supervisory skills- Knowledgeable in creating profit & loss analysis, profit margin.- Expert in Cost analysis that can justify profitable engagements- Knowledge of accounting, tax and bookkeeping procedures- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially MS Excel.- Must have strong analytical and communication skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $12,000.00 - $24,300.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidad
