As part of our rapidly growing team you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.**Responsibilities**:As a Payroll Accounting Assistant with Push Operations, you will provide exceptional service to clients as you assist them with all payroll related inquiries through the following key responsibilities:- Prepare payment files for clients and vendors- Test payroll inputs against expected results to ensure the onboarding data is entered correctly- Assist with Tax Forms and Returns- Assist in the preparation and submission of government remittance payments- Assist with any new duties that arise**Required Skills and Qualifications**- You have 1+ years of accounting experience (payroll experience is preferred)- You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting- You are extremely proficient with software systems including MS Word and MS Excel- You pride yourself on exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- You have a natural ability to analyze challenges proactively- You are solution-oriented- You understand the importance of handling confidential information in an ethical and professional manner****Why Push?**- ** Do what you love** It’s the key to happiness.
