We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.**How is this position’s day to day?**- Work with Financial Planning, B2B, Pricing areas to create and implement Lilly's financial strategy for Mexico and LATAM.- Responsible for short- and long-term financial projection processes. Ensure alignment with aspirational objectives by developing a deep understanding of the business and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Develop and implement automated controls designed to improve decision making.- Financial partner for commercial areas.- Support business case exercises for product launches, pricing strategies, strategic marketing, and promotional investments.- Drive continuous improvement mindset: evaluate and enhance financial processes, implementing best practices to streamline and improve operational efficiency, leveraging on the new corporate tools S4 Hana/SAC/Tableau.**This position if for you if**:**Aspirations**- Willing to invest on growth in a consistent matter.- Motivated to grow a clear career path at Finance.- Open for new experiences, knowledge, and skill.**Skills & Requirements**- Strong analytical thinking.- Solid financial knowledge.- Assertive and executive communication.- Drive results through others.- Attention to detail and organization.- Quick and eager learner.
